Professor Sullivan will explore how growing data availability and real time analytics are helping shape a more responsive data driven health system. She’ll show how routinely collected clinical data can be used to track population health trends over time including differences across communities. The talk will also touch on the shift from traditional research to using real world data in learning health systems. Finally, she’ll look ahead to what’s next including building stronger analytics capability, supporting the prevention workforce and bringing in broader data sources to better inform population health and prevention efforts.
